Salumi da Re – “Gambero Rosso” is an event fully dedicated to Italian quality cold cuts where we propose our Artisanal High-Quality Parma Ham.
Salumi da Re is an event organized by “Gambero Rosso” and “Antica Corte Pallavicina”.
The 2018 focus theme will be the “Importance of fat in cold cuts”. As far as Prosciutto the fat is very important in order to have sweetness, softness and a long seasoning.
We take part at this event like exhibitors to propose our parma ham and like contributors for 2 roundtables on Sunday afternoon.
We are waiting for you in the suggestive location of Antica Corte Pallavicina. You could taste our prosciutto hand cut and sliced by slicer machine.
