We are going to be expositors at Pav 5 Stand I 011 where you could taste our ham
realised according to craftsmanship tradition.
Mr. Benedetto Colantuono, recently awarded as “Maestro di Lama”, that we could translate as “Master Blade”, with the maximum acknowledgment by L’Espresso Guide “Cold Cuts of Italy 2019” will be our guest in our stand for these two days. Mr. Colantuono will slice by hand our longest seasoned parma ham “Casa Graziano 30 e lode” proposing you a tasting of the different part of the ham and showing you artistic ad wonderful sliced dishes with a high visual impact.
You could taste also our other most loved products: “Casa Graziano Gran Riserva” available from 18 to 24 months of seasoning and “Gran Culatta”
